STEAM School

 

STEAM School invites students in Grade 4 to 6 in the Kawartha Lakes to dive deeper into science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) while simultaneously supporting the various free programming Ampere continues to offer the community.

Our Kawartha Lakes Makerspace, located in Lindsay, Ontario, welcomes people at all ages and stages of life to unleash their curiosity and embrace the power STEAM creates.

Virtual Programming

 

Our virtual programming makes it possible for learners to engage their curiosity and dive into STEAM regardless of where they live. 

 

 

Iqaluit Makerspace

 

Ampere’s Iqaluit makerspace is a hub for community learning and connection. Programs range from adult digital skills classes to youth camps, and activities range from robots to Pitsi making, focusing on STEAM education that reinforces and supports traditional knowledge and practices.
